摘要
分析和探究患者参与可以为护理风险管理提供重要的反馈,通过提升患者满意度减少不良事件的发生,但是在参与过程中会出现由于护患关系、患者自身以及护士自身问题而产生不同的困难,并由此提出建立信任关系、鼓励患者参与、让患者了解病情并参与决策以及建立基于微信的护患沟通平台,从而促进患者参与护理风险管理的对策,以此减少护理风险,提高医疗护理服务质量。
To analyze and explore how patient participation can provide important feedback for nursing riskmanagement and reduce the occurrence of adverse events by improving patient satisfaction. However, during the participation, there will be difficulties due to nurse -patient relationship, patients themselves, and nurses them-selves,and thus proposed to establish a trusty relationship, encourage patients to participate, enable patients to un-derstand the disease and participate in decision-making, and establish a WeChat-based nurse-patient communica-tion platform that can promote the participation of patients in the management of nursing risk management, thereby reducing the risk of care and improve the medical care services quality.
