血清转氨酶与血脂水平检验用于脂肪肝诊断的作用研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的了解血清转氨酶与血脂水平检验用于脂肪肝诊断的作用。方法选择我院2017年11月-2018年6月间收治的脂肪肝患者49例为实验组,选择同期的健康体检患者49例为对照组,两组受检者在进行检查时都是在检查化验前3天未进食油腻食物,正常清淡饮食,选择在早上抽取空腹血液,在前一天晚上12点后未进食和饮水。采血部位选择肘静脉,由经验丰富的护士进行采血,使用的采血器材和采血管都是同一种,采血量为3 mL,采血后迅速送到检验科进行检验血清转氨酶和血脂水平,由专业检验科医师给出血液检查结果。对比两组受检者的血清转氨酶与血脂水平检查结果,分析其对脂肪肝诊断的作用。结果实验组血脂水平、血清转氨酶水平高于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组受检者ALT阳性率为81.63%、AST阳性率为91.84%、TG阳性率为65.31%、TC阳性率为57.14%;对照组受检者ALT阳性率为10.20%、AST阳性率为6.12%、TG阳性率为16.33%、TC阳性率为12.24%;实验组受检者的各项指标阳性率明显高于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清转氨酶与血脂水平检验对脂肪肝患者的诊断有较大的帮助,可以及时发现脂肪肝,具有积极的临床诊断意义。 Objective To understand the role of serum transaminase and blood lipid levels in the diagnosis of fatty liver. Methods Forty-nine patients with fatty liver admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the experimental group. 49 patients with healthy physical examination were selected as the control group. The two groups were examined during the examination. Check that 3 days before the test, did not eat greasy food, normal light diet, choose to take fasting blood in the morning, did not eat and drink after 12 o'clock in the evening. The blood collection site selects the elbow vein, and the blood is collected by experienced nurses. The blood collection equip-ment and blood collection tube are the same type. The blood collection volume is 3 mL. After blood collection, it is sent to the laboratory for blood transaminase and blood lipid levels. The physician gives the results of the blood test. The se-rum transaminase and blood lipid levels of the two groups were compared and the effects on the diagnosis of fatty liver were analyzed. Results The serum lipid levels and serum transaminase levels in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). The positive rate of ALT in the experimental group was 81.63%, the positive rate of AST was 91.84%, the positive rate of TG was 65.31%, and the posi-tive rate of TC was 57.14%. The positive rate of ALT in the control group was 10.20%, and the positive rate of AST was 6.12%. The positive rate of TG was 16.33%, and the positive rate of TC was 12.24%. The positive rate of each index in the experimental group was signifcantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically signif-cant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Serum transaminase and blood lipid levels test is helpful for the diagnosis of patients with fatty liver. It can detect the occurrence of fatty liver in a timely manner and has positive clinical diagnosis signifcance.
