探讨显微镜检测法与尿沉渣全自动分析仪运用在尿常规检验中的临床效果 被引量:15

摘要 目的分析显微镜检测法与尿沉渣全自动分析仪在尿常规检验中进行运用的临床效果。方法将2017年在我院接受尿常规检验的患者进行随机选择,选择出的200例患者要分别应用尿沉渣全自动分析仪、显微镜检测法、干化学法进行患者晨尿常规检测,记录三种检查结果并进行对比、分析。结果干化学法相比于尿沉渣全自动分析仪和显微镜检测法,红、白细胞阳性检出率不稳定,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);尿沉渣全自动分析仪的检查结果与显微镜检测法的结果差异较小,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论检测尿常规时,应用尿沉渣全自动分析仪检测法或者显微镜检测法两种方法的临床价值都较高,结合应用两种检测方法可以提升检验水平。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of microscope and urine sediment automatic analyzer in urine routine test. Methods 200 patients who received routine urine examination in 2017 were selected as the research objects. The morning urine samples were collected and detected by urine sediment automatic analyzer, microscope and dry chemistry respectively. The results of three kinds of tests were recorded and analyzed. Results Compared with urine sediment automatic analyzer and microscope, the positive rate of erythrocyte and white blood cell detected by dry chemical method was unstable (P〈0.05). The difference was not statistically signifcant (P〉0.05). Conclusion The clini-cal value of automatic urine sediment analyzer and microscope is higher in routine urine examination, and the level of examination can be improved by combining the two methods.
