补肾健脾化痰方治疗糖尿病合并高血压阴虚阳亢夹瘀证的临床研究

Clinical Observation on Bushen Jianpi Huatan Formula in Treatment of Diabetes Complicated Hypertension

目的观察补肾健脾化痰方治疗糖尿病合并高血压阴虚阳亢夹瘀证的临床疗效。方法选取2015年9月—2016年9月我院确诊的糖尿病合并高血压阴虚阳亢夹瘀证病人72例,根据随机数字表法将所有病人分为两组,每组36例。对照组予以常规治疗联合西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上予以补肾健脾化痰方治疗。治疗3个疗程后,比较两组中医症状积分、临床疗效、血糖、血脂、血压。结果治疗后,观察组中医症状积分为(4.67±2.69)分,低于对照组的(12.68±3.34)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为94.44%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白比较差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组舒张压、收缩压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论补肾健脾化痰方治疗糖尿病合并高血压阴虚阳亢夹瘀证病人,能有效缓解病人临床症状,提高临床疗效,改善血糖、血脂、血压水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bushen Jianpi Huatan formula in treatment of diabetes complicated hyperten -sion of yin deficiency,yang hyperactivity,and blood -stasis syndrome.Methods Seventy two patients with yin deficiency,yang hyper -activity and blood stasis syndrome in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected,and divided randomly intotwo groups （ n =36 cases in each group）.The control group was given routine western treatment,and the observation group was givenBushen Jianpi Huatan formula based on treatment in the control group.After 3 courses of treatment,the TCM symptom score,clinicaleffectiveness,blood glucose,blood lipid,blood pressure,and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results After treat -ment,the TCM symptom score of the observation group was （4.67±2.69） points,it was lower than that（ 12.68±3.34 points） of the controlgroup （P 〈0.05）;the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%,it was higher than that （75.00%） of control group （P 〈0.05）.The levels of total cholesterol （TC）,triglyceride （TG）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL- C） of the observation group were lowerthan those of the control group,and the level of high- density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL -C） was higher than that in the controlgroup （P 〈0.05）.The levels of diastolic pressure （DBP）,systolic bleed pressure （SBP） of the observation group were lower than thoseof the control group （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Bushen Jianpi Huatan formula could effectively relieve clinical symptoms,increase clinicaleffect,improve level of blood glucose,blood lipid,and blood pressure.
