艾灸督脉配合舌尖梅花针治疗缺血性中风后失语症的疗效及对血液流变学的影响

The Influence of Moxibustion of Du Meridian Combined with Plum-Blossom Needling at the Tip of the Tongue on Hemorheology in Aphasia Patient after Ischemic Stroke

目的观察艾灸督脉配合舌尖梅花针治疗缺血性中风后失语症的疗效及对病人血液流变学的影响。方法选取2013年6月—2016年10月我院收治的106例缺血性中风后失语症病人,随机分为两组,每组53例。对照组应用西医常规治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上加用艾灸督脉配合舌尖梅花针治疗,两组均连续治疗30 d。比较两组治疗后临床疗效,观察两组治疗前后语言功能评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及血液流变学变化。结果治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(88.68%与69.81%,P <0.05);两组自发言语、复述、口语理解和命名能力评分均较治疗前明显升高(P <0.05),且研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后NIHSS评分均较治疗前明显降低(P <0.05),且研究组明显低于对照组(P <0.05);两组治疗后全血黏度指数、红细胞聚集指数、还原黏度和血沉方程K指数均较治疗前明显降低(P <0.05),且研究组明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论艾灸督脉配合舌尖梅花针治疗缺血性中风后失语症,能明显改善病人血液流变学,提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the Effects of moxibustion of Du Meridian combined with plum blossom needling at the tip of thetongue on hemorheology in patients with aphasia after ischemic stroke.Methods One hundred and six patients with aphasia after is -chemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups：53 cases in control group given conventional Western medicine treatment,53 ca -ses in study group given moxibustion of Du Meridian combined with plum blossom needling at the tip of the tongue treatment basedon routine treatment for 30 days.Clinical efficacy after treatment were compared between two groups,language function score and Na -tional Institutes of Health Stroke Scale （NIHSS） score were recorded,and hemorheology before and after treatment were detected inthe two groups.Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the controlgroup （P 〈0.05）.Self speaking,retelling,oral comprehension,and naming ability were significantly improved in the two groups （P 〈0.05）,which were significantly higher in the study group than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）.NIHSS score was significantly decreasedin the two groups （P 〈0.05）,which was significantly lower in the study group than that of the control group （ P 〈0.05）.The wholeblood viscosity index,erythrocyte aggregation index, reduced viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate K index were significantlydecreased in the two groups （P 〈0.05）,which were significantly lower in the study group than that of the control group （ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Moxibustion of Du Meridian combined with plum blossom needling at the tip of the tongue in patients with aphasia afterischemic stroke was effective and could improve hemorheology.
