摘要
针对传统农机维修服务由于农机设备分布零散、报修流程多等导致维修成本高、响应不及时、服务质量不高等问题,依托互联网信息平台,构建了一种"1+N"农机维修服务共享模式,可以实现农机维修的远程指导、快速诊断,提升农机维修服务水平,实现农机信息资源共享,降低农机设备的维护费用。该农机维修服务模式的构建与应用可为先进农机维修服务体系和平台的建设提供参考。
In traditional agricultural machinery maintenance services, there are some problems of many repairing proce- dures, high maintenance cost, slow response and low service quality for the scattered distribution of agricultural machineries and equipments. Based on the Intenaet information platform, a "1 + N" agricultural machinery maintenance service sharing mode is constructed. It can realize the remote guidance and rapid diagnosis of agricuhural machinery maintenance, improve the level of agricuhural machinery maintenance services, realize the sharing of agricuhural machinery in- formation resources, and reduce the maintenance costs of agricultural machinery equipment. The construction and application of the agricultural machinery maintenance service mode can provide reference for the building of advanced agricultural machinery maintenance service system and platform.
