推进武汉市民公德意识建设研究报告

一个地区的市民公德意识代表了公民道德风尚和文明素养境界,标志着一个地区的软实力,决定着一个地区的发展速度和质量。自从2001年《公民道德建设实施纲要》颁布之后,理论界就武汉市民公德问题进行了发掘、整理和再认识。学者们或者从政治学的角度讨论了公德与公共权力的二元互补,或者从社会学的角度讨论了公德对促进社会和谐的意义。

Today is a time in which public life plays an important part.However,our current time faces a severe problem of lacking social morality.The lacking of social morality will directly result in tensive unbalance between harmony and conflict.Under this circumstance,it is necessary to do research on how to promote the social morality of Wuhan citizens.Theoretically,it will help to reveal the essence,features and core of the social morality and multiply the levels of social morality problem.It is also helpful for promoting the building up of the system of socialist core values and the theoretical innovation in social morality research,and providing the theoretical support for the building up of harmonious society of Wuhan.And practically,it will help to solve life problems of Wuhan citizens,maintain the stability of social life,realize the justice of social life,promote the scientific and sustainable development of social life,and promote the building of Wuhan as a city of harmony and happiness between environment and man.
