超声造影检查在胃十二指肠疾病中的诊断价值分析

Diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in gastroduodenal diseases

目的研究超声技术在胃、十二指肠疾病诊断中的临床应用价值。方法分析145例3d内进行胃超声检查及胃镜检查,对照结果一致性。结果胃超声与胃镜结果一致性为:慢性胃炎100.0%;胃溃疡85.7%;胃癌100.0%;十二指肠球部溃疡88.5%;胃息肉75.0%。结论经腹超声检查胃十二指肠病变与胃镜一致性较高,可用于胃镜检查前的筛选及临床治疗后的随访,也适用于老人、儿童和那些不能耐受胃镜检查痛苦的患者,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of gastroduodenal diseases.Methods 145 cases were examined by ultrasonography and gastroscopy within 3 days. The consistency ofthe results of ultrasonography and gastroscopy was 100.0% of chronic gastritis, 85.7% of gastric ulcer, 100.0% ofgastric cancer, 88.5% of duodenal bulb ulcer, and 75.0% of gastric polyp.Conclusion Transabdominal ultrasound examination of gastroduodenal lesions is highly consistent with gastroscopy, which can be used for screening before gastroscopy and follow-up after clinical treatment, as well as for the elderly, children and those patients who cannottolerate the pain of gastroscopy, and can be used in clinical application.
