十九大新背景下江苏省高职院校大学生大众创新创业政策

最近几年,在相关政府部门尤其是各大高校的共同努力下,江苏省大学生创新创业呈现出强劲的发展势头,大学生创新创业实践平台得以建立,相关政策和制度得以完善,但依然存在诸多问题。当前,应该认真研究十九大报告,深刻领会党的十九大精神,积极贯彻十九大报告中提出的"鼓励创业带动就业""加快建设创新型国家""提供全方位公共就业服务,促进高校毕业生等青年群体、农民工多渠道就业创业"等重要部署。江苏省各高职院校要充分认识到推动大学生创新创业不但能有效解决学生就业问题,还能增强我省经济发展动力,因此,有必要深入十九大新背景下江苏省高职院校大学生大众创新创业政策,以更好地推动推动大学生创新创业。

In recent years, under the joint efforts of relevant government departments, especially major universities, the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students in Jiangsu Province has shown a strong development momentum. The platform for innovation and entrepreneurship of college students has been established, and relevant policies and systems have been im-proved, but there still exists many problems. At present, we should seriously study the report of the 19th National Congress, profoundly understand the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, actively implement the ＂en- courage entrepreneurship to drive employnlent＂ and ＂accelerate the construction of an innovative country＂ proposed in the re- port of the 19th National Congress, ＂provide comprehensive public employment services, and promote important arrangements such as college graduates and other youth groups and migrant workers multi - channel employment and entrepreneurship＂. All higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province should fully realize that promoting college students＇ innovation and entrepreneur- ship cannot only effectively solve the problem of student employment, but also enhance the economic development momentum of our province. Therefore, it is necessary to further develop the public innovation and entrepreneurship policy of higher vocational college students in Jiangsu Province in the new background of the 19th National Congress, so as to better promote the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students.
