高校作为产业技术创新战略联盟的重要组成部分,其技术转移工作的有效运行是战略联盟是否能高效组建的重要环节。本文深入研究了现阶段我国产业技术创新战略联盟在高校技术转移环节存在的问题,并提出如何从政策导向、配套机制、专业机构建设等方面完善高校技术转移环节工作,以推进产业技术创新战略联盟的组建和运行。

As an important part of the strategic alliance of industry technology innovation, the effective operation of university technology transfer work is an important guarantee for the successful construction of the alliance. To promote the construction of industrial technology innovation strategic alliance, this paper analyzes the problems existing in China＇ s industry technology innovation strategic alliance in the technology transfer of universities. It also puts forward how to perfect the technology transfer link of universities from the aspects of policy orientation, supporting the mechanism and professional institution construction.
