职业教育的管理模式与现代化智力能力的创新发展,是贯穿职业教育整体转型发展全过程的问题。中国的职业教育发展过程中,在产教融合、校企结合、体系建设以及质量保障等方面存在一定问题。因此基于职业教育的自身特点及发展现状,从职业教育管理模式的内部及外部两个维度进行分析,为职业教育管理体系设计出合理的现代化教育管理模式,配合现代化职业教育管理模式的科学有效发展。

The management mode of vocational education and the innovative development of modern intellectual ability are the problems that run through the whole process of the overall transformation and development of vocational education. During the development of career education in China, there are some problems in the integration of industry and education, combination of school and enterprise, system construction and quality assurance. Therefore, based on the characteristics and development status of vocational education, it analyzes the internal and external dimensions of vocational education management mode, and designs a reasonable modern education management mode for vocational education management system, and cooperates with the scientific and effective development of modern vocational education management mode.
