现代治理理念在高校思想教育管理映照与反思

Phenomenon and Reflection on Modern Governance Ideological Education Management in Colleges and Universities

在高校管理中,高校思想教育管理占据重要地位。在新形势下,高校思想教育管理模式受到多方面的冲击,出现功能性失调的现象。现代治理理念能够有效地解决高校思想教育管理中遇到的各种问题,实现多元共治、层级共建与分类管理等,提高高校思想教育管理水平。在本文中,笔者总结了当前高校思想教育管理中存在的问题,借助现代治理理念提出提高高校思想教育管理水平的路径。

In the management of colleges and universities, the management of ideological education occupies an important posi-tion. Under the new- situation, the management mode of ideological education in colleges and universities has been impacted bymany aspects, and there is a phenomenon of functional imbalance. The modern governance concept can effectively solve theproblems encountered in the management of ideological education in colleges and universities, realize multiple co - governance,hierarchical construction and classification management, and improve the management level of ideological education in collegesand universities. In this paper, the author summarizes the problems existing in the current ideological education management incolleges and universities, and proposes a way to improve the level of ideological education management in colleges and universi-ties with the help of modern governance concepts.
