辅导员作为大学生思想政治教育工作者,在大学生的学习、生活中扮演者人生导师和知心朋友的角色。面对当前大学生社会责任意识缺乏的现状,辅导员既要做大学生的人生导师,对大学生进行思想价值引领,引导大学生树立正确的价值观;又要做大学生的知心朋友,在择业交友、学业咨询、职业规划等方方面面对大学生进行指导。此外,辅导员明确自身角色定位,应不断提升自身理论水平,强化责任意识,与时俱进,才能更好地提升大学生的社会责任意识。

As an ideological and political educator of college students, the counselor plays the role of life tutor and close friend in the study and life of college students. In the face of the current situation that college students lack social responsibility consciousness, counselors should not only be the life mentors of college students, conducting ideological value guidance to college students and guiding them to establish correct values, but also be their close friends, guiding their in the selection of careers, academic counseling, career planning and other aspects.
