Teacher training plays a vital role in improving teachers＇ comprehensive ability and literacy. This paper discusses the core elements of teacher training from the aspects of professional knowledge, professional technology, professional attitude, etc. And, it puts forward relevant strategies and effective paths for teacher training by fully clarifies the training objectives based on the requirements of teacher training; attaching importance to the personal development of teachers to promotes the active, participation of teachers, setting scientific and reasonable problems and strengthening teachers＇ self - evaluation, aiming to make use of scientific and systematic teacher training to improve the comprehensive ability of teachers and promote the career development of teachers.
