摘要
教师培训对提高教师综合能力与素养有着至关重要的作用。本文从专业知识、专业技术、专业态度、专业水平、专业行为五方面论述了教师培训的核心要素,并通过基于教师培训要求,充分明确培训目标;重视教师个人发展,促使教师主动参与;设定科学合理问题,加强教师自我评价等有效路径,提出了教师培训的相关策略,旨在能够利用科学系统化的教师培训,提高广大教师的综合能力,促进他们的职业生涯发展。
Teacher training plays a vital role in improving teachers' comprehensive ability and literacy. This paper discusses the core elements of teacher training from the aspects of professional knowledge, professional technology, professional attitude, etc. And, it puts forward relevant strategies and effective paths for teacher training by fully clarifies the training objectives based on the requirements of teacher training; attaching importance to the personal development of teachers to promotes the active, participation of teachers, setting scientific and reasonable problems and strengthening teachers' self - evaluation, aiming to make use of scientific and systematic teacher training to improve the comprehensive ability of teachers and promote the career development of teachers.
