摘要 随着分布式电源(DG)在配电系统中渗透率的逐渐提高,网架结构与潮流流向变得更加复杂,配电网所配置的传统继电保护策略也会受到一定冲击,严重时甚至会对配电系统的安全稳定运行造成破坏。根据东营河口区风电和市辖区光伏项目发展的实际情况,从短路电流、三段式电流保护方面,对DG接入东营配电网的继保方面进行分析研究,并针对其中存在的隐患提出相应的改进措施。有效减小DG接入所带来的负面影响,促进分布式发电技术的进一步推广应用。 With gradual increasing of the penetration of distributed generation(DG)in distribution system,structure of the networkand the power flow have become more complicated.The traditional relay protection strategies which configured for distributionnetworks will also be affected.In the worst cases, damage to the safe and stable operation of the distribution system could occur.Based on the actual situation of wind power development in Hekou district of Dongying and the photovohaic projects inmunicipal districts,the analysis and research on the protection of DG access to Dongying distribution network were conductedin terms of the short-circuit current and three-phase current protection.Corresponding improvement measures were proposed forthe potential risks.The oretical research shows that the improvement strategy proposed in this paper has a certain practical valueand guiding significance.
