摘要
柔性电缆是配电网旁路带电作业的核心装备,传统方法采用绳索或普通线夹与绝缘横担连接,存在连接不牢固、转向不灵活等问题,极易造成电缆损伤。据统计,旁路作业中柔性电缆因固定不良导致的损伤率达到11%。研制柔性电缆固定支架,采用马鞍式固定装置和万向球头连接装置,满足各种电缆弯曲半径要求,实现了电缆无损伤固定和电缆方向的灵活调节,延长了柔性电缆的使用寿命,大幅提升作业安全性和作业效率。
Flexible cable is a core equipment used in the by-pass operation of the live-line work on the distribution network.The traditional operation using rope or ordinary clamp connection with insulated cross bracket leads to problems such as un-reliable connection,inflexible steering and high stress to the cable.According to statistics,the damage rate of flexible cable inthe bypass operation is 11%.A new bracket using saddle shaped fixer and omnidirectional ball connection device is proposed.Itmeets the requirement of the bending radius.The reliable mounting and high maneuverability are ensured.It prolongs the servicelife of the flexible cable and improves.operation safety and operation efficiency.
