摘要
为了提升机场的航班正常性,本文从优化推出时间的角度进行研究。以首都机场2018年4月3日~4月9日一周06:00—09:00的实际运行数据为例,建立非线性规划模型,以放行正常率最大为目标函数,求得最优出港航班的推出时间。经过建模仿真计算,得出放行正常率和出港正常率较实际运行均提高了约5个百分点。如将该模型嵌入塔台地面管制系统,指挥人员依据该模型测算的航班推出时间进行推出,有望能进一步提高机场的航班正常性。
In order to improve the flight normality of the airport, this paper studies from the angle of optimizing the launch time. Illustrated by the example of the actual running data from 06 : 00-09 : 00 on April 3 to April 9, 2018, this paper establishes a nonlinear programming model, which takes the maximum normal rate of release as the objective function, in order to get the optimal time to launch the departing flights. The simulation results show that the normal rate of release and the normal rate of departure are about 5 percentage points higher than the actual operation. If the model is embedded in the tower ground control system, the command staff will launch it based on the launch time of the flight measured by the model, which is expected to further improve the flight regularity of the airport.
