高铁客运站到发线运用冲突预警技术 被引量:3

Early-Warning Technology of Arrival and Departure Track Utilization Conflicts at High-Speed Railway Station

摘要 高铁客运站是高速铁路网络中的重要节点,作业类型繁多,到发线是保障列车作业秩序的重要资源。到发线运用冲突主要包括到发线占用时间间隔冲突和接发车进路冲突,本文设计了到发线运用冲突预警的流程,并提出预警级别的划分方法。根据是否存在冲突,疏解冲突是否对到发线运用计划和列车运行计划产生影响,将预警级别分为Ⅲ级蓝色预警、Ⅱ级黄色预警和I级红色预警。最后建立了冲突预警模型,并以深圳北站数据为案例,通过设置3种不同程度的晚点情景,进行量化分析,验证了预警级别划分的合理性。 High-speed railway station is the important node in the network. There are types of operation. The arrival and departure track is an essential resource to Ensure train operation order. The arrival and departure track utilization conflicts include the safety interval conflict of a track occupied and the reception or departure route conflict. On the basis of the conflict analysis, the early-warning process is designed and its method of grade divided comes up. According to whether there are conflicts, and that it is necessary or not to adjust the arrival and departure track utilization plan and the train diagram, the early-warning are divided into three grades, namely gradeⅢ, grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅰ, respectively shown as blue, yellow and red. Finally, the earlywarning model of the arrival and departure track utilization conflicts is built. Shenzhen North Railway Station is taken as an example to do the quantitative analysis, through setting 3 kinds of train delay situations. The rationality of the early-warning grade divided gets verified.
