摘要
基于电压电流(简称"Ⅵ")曲线分析技术,设计了电路板卡通用检测系统,重点讨论了应用于离散化Ⅵ测试的程控电路设计方案,解决了Ⅵ测试中采样与激励不同步的问题,实现了单端口的激励与采样,增强了通用性。通过对数字元件及某型坦克火控系统电路板卡的实际测试,验证了检测系统设计思路正确,方案合理,为无图纸、无资料等低技术条件下的电路板卡通用检测打下基础。
Based on the analysis technology of voltage-current(referred to as Ⅵ) test,a universal detection system for circuit board card is designed. The design scheme of program-controlled circuit applied to the discrete Ⅵ test is emphatically discussed. The problem of non-synchronization between sampling and excitation in the Ⅵ test is solved,the single port sampling and excitation is realized,and the versatility is enhanced. Through the test of digital components and the circuit board card of the fire control system of a tank,it is proved that the design idea of the detection system is correct and the scheme is reasonable,which lays a foundation for the universal detection of circuit board card under low-tech conditions without drawings and data.
