甲硝唑联合银尔舒治疗细菌性阴道病的临床效果评价

Clinical effect evaluation of metronidazole combined with Yinershu in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis

目的分析甲硝唑联合活性银离子抗菌凝胶(商品名:银尔舒)治疗细菌性阴道病的临床效果。方法 105例细菌性阴道病患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(52例)及对照组(53例)。对照组采用甲硝唑治疗,观察组采用甲硝唑联合银尔舒治疗。对比两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率、复发率。结果观察组总有效率为96.15%,高于对照组的77.36%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为3.85%,与对照组的5.66%对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访3个月,观察组1例复发,复发率为1.92%(1/52);对照组8例复发,复发率为15.09%(8/53)。观察组复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=5.8104, P=0.0159<0.05)。结论甲硝唑联合银尔舒可有效改善细菌性阴道病患者的病情,降低复发率,且不良反应较少,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of metronidazole combined with active silver ion antibacterial gel（trade name： Yinershu） in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis. Methods A total of 105 patients with bacterial vaginosis were divided by random number table method into observation group（52 cases） and control group（53 cases）. The control group was treated with metronidazole, and the observation group was treated with metronidazole combined with Yinershu. Comparison were made on clinical efficacy, incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate between the two groups. Results The observation group had higher total effective rate as 96.15% than 77.36% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group had no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions as 3.85%, comparing with 5.66% in the control group（P〈0.05）. After 3 months of follow-up, the observation group had 1 recurrent case, with recurrence rate as 1.92%（1/52）, while the control group had 8 recurrent cases, with recurrence rate as 15.09%（8/53）. The observation group had lower recurrence rate than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=5.8104, P=0.01590.05）. Conclusion Combination of metronidazole and Yinershu can effectively improve the condition of patients with bacterial vaginosis and lower recurrence rate with less adverse reactions. It is worth reference.
