河南省水资源对产业结构调整影响的实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Influences of Water Resources on Regional Industrial Structure Adjustment in Henan Province

为探明河南省水资源对产业结构调整的影响,基于1999—2015年河南省的相关数据,采用协整、向量误差纠正估计、脉冲响应和方差分解等方法对其进行了实证检验,结果表明:河南省水资源对产业结构调整具有正向促进作用,但该作用相对有限且被动;河南省水资源与产业结构调整之间的短期动态调整机制相对较弱。

This paper empirically tested the influences of water resources on industrial structure adjustment by employing co-integration,VECM estimation, impulse response and variance decomposition based on the data from Henan Province during the period of 1999-2015.The results show that： a） water resources has played a role in promoting industrial structure adjustment, but this positive effect is relativelylimited and passive; b） there is a weak dynamic self-adjusted mechanism between Henan Provincial water resources and industrial structureadjustment in the short term.
