摘要
为使井下煤炭开采安全有效进行,对基于IVS-179(雷达传感器)的矿用电机车毫米波雷达测距防撞预警系统进行了研究。系统可对前方轨道上电机车或行人进行实时距离显示,当距离小于100 m时进行声光报警,小于50 m时再次报警并自动制动。利用MATLAB对系统探测前方100 m、160 m处的两个目标信号进行仿真,仿真结果表明在理想状态下能够准确测量前方两目标距离。基于对干扰噪声的分析,设计了一种用于调频连续波(FMCW)雷达系统中频信号滤波器,并根据仿真参数设计出滤波器硬件电路。
In order to make the underground coal mining safe and effective,this paper studied the anti-collision and warning system of millimeter wave radar ranging based on IVS-179. The system could display the distance of the electric locomotive or pedestrian on the front track in real time. When the distance was shorter than 100 meters,the sound and light wouldalarm. When it was shorter than 50 meters,the alarm would start again and applied the breaker automatically. MATLAB was used to detect two target signals,100 meters and 160 meters ahead of the system,whose results showed that the two target distance could be measured accurately in an ideal state.Based on the analysis of interference noise,we designed a filter of intermediate frequency signal for frequency modulated continuous wave(FMCW) radar system and the filter hardware circuit according to the simulation parameters.
