摘要 为有效提升配网运维管控能力和配网信息化水平,针对目前配电网运维管控平台缺乏设备状态精准管控手段、运检管理穿透力水平不足、且传统技术难以解决配网运维管控当前的新需求等实际问题,提出了基于大数据平台的配电网智能化运维管控平台体系架构。将配电网智能化运维管控平台作为配网管理智能分析决策系统,以配电智能化为核心,智能感知、数据融合和智能决策为主线,以大数据等新技术为支撑,深度挖掘运检专业数据,整合配电网相关系统信息,为配电设备智能化、运维检修智能化和生产管理智能化提供决策支持,实现配电网有序规划、精准投资、精益运维、状态评价和智能执行。 To enhance operation and maintenance control capability and informatization of the distribution network,in view of lack of precise equipment state control means on the control platform,insufficient penetrating level of operation and inspection management,as well as traditional technology being unable to meet new demand on distribution network operation and maintenance,this paper proposed the system structure for a distribution network's intelligent operation and maintenance control platform based on big data platform.With the control platform used as an intelligent analysis and decision-making system for distribution network management and intelligent perception,data fusion and intelligent decision-making as the main line,under the support of big data and other technologies and focusing on intelligent distribution,operation and inspection data were mined in depth and system information relating to the distribution network was integrated to provide decision support in the intellectualization of equipment,operation/maintenance and production management,and to realize orderly planning,precious investment,lean operation and maintenance,state evaluation and intelligent execution of the distribution network.
