摘要
在血栓预防中物理预防作为抗凝预防的重要辅助手段，其作用不容忽视。本文综述了DVT高危风险患者单独物理预防DVT效果，以及在抗凝预防基础上联合物理预防DVT效果，以明确物理预防在血栓预防中的作用和价值。
Physical prophylaxis, as an important auxiliary means of anticoagulation prevention, cannot be ignored in the prevention of thrombosis. This article reviews the effects of physical prophylaxis alone as well as anticoagulation prevention combined with physical prophylaxis in patients at high risk of deep venous thrombosis to clarify explore the role and value of physical prophylaxis in thrombosis prevention.
