联合湿敷法在桡动脉介入术后前臂血肿中的应用效果

Effects of combined wet compress in forearm hematoma after radial artery intervention

目的探讨联合湿敷治疗桡动脉介入术后前臂血肿的效果。方法采用方便抽样法，2015年5月-2016年12月，选取在江苏省连云港市第一人民医院心内科行经桡动脉介入术后前臂血肿患者40例。采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组，每组各20例。对照组采用50％硫酸镁湿敷，试验组采用50％葡萄糖、维生素B12、地塞米松联合湿敷，比较两组患者湿敷效果。结果试验组患者的疼痛评分、前臂肿胀程度、张力性水疱数量低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（t值分别为8．609、9．202、2．643；P〈0．05）。结论50％葡萄糖、维生素B12、地塞米松联合湿敷能有效促进血肿的吸收，减轻疼痛、减少张力性水疱的发生。

Objective To explore the effects of combined wet compress in the treatment of forearm hematoma after radial artery intervention. Methods From May 2015 to December 2016, 40 patients with forearm hematoma underwent radial artery intervention in Cardiology Department, Lianyungang First People＇s Hospital, Jiangsu Province, were selected as the research subjects. All the subjects were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was treated with 50% magnesium sulfate wet compress, and the experimental group was treated with 50% glucose, vitamin B12, dexamethasone combined wet compress. Results The pain score, forearm swelling and the number of tension blisters in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （t=8.609, 9.202, 2.643; P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions 50% glucose, vitamin B12, dexamethasone combined wet compresscould effectively promote the absorption of hematoma, relieve pain and reduce the occurrence of tension blisters.
