刮痧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究进展

Research progress of scraping therapy for lumbar disc herniation

腰椎间盘突出症（LDH）是骨科常见病与多发病，具有病程长、迁延反复、高致残性。刮痧是中医传统技术，因有效、安全、易行的特点，被广泛应用。运用刮痧治疗LDH的疗效已经比较明确，且取得了一定进展。本文从刮痧治疗LDH的理论依据、临床试验研究、作用机制的基础实验研究综述刮痧治疗LDH的相关研究进展，并进行了思考与展望，为临床推广提供借鉴。

Lumbar disc herniation （LDH） is a common and frequently occurring disease in orthopedics. It has long duration, repeated attacks and high disability. Scrapping is a traditional technique in traditional Chinese medicine. It is widely used due to its features of safety, effectiveness and easy operation. The efficacy of scraping therapy for LDH has been relatively clear, and has made some progress. This article reviews the research progress of scraping therapy for LDH from the theoretical basis, clinical trials and basic experimental study of its mechanism, and gives some thoughts and prospects for clinical application.
