山东省城市用地规模扩张与城市化发展耦合协调性分析

Coupling Coordination Analysis of Urban Land Expansion and Urbanization Development in Shandong Province

21世纪以来,随着城市化进程加快,城市用地规模也大幅度扩张,普遍出现城市土地粗放利用、无序扩张现象.为了深入研究城市用地规模扩张与城市化发展之间是否相适应协调,以山东省17个地级市为研究对象,构建了城市化发展综合水平评价指标体系,计算2001-2015年山东省17个地级市城市化发展综合指数,并分别计算城市用地规模扩张速率与城市化发展速率,运用耦合协调度模型,分析两者之间的耦合协调程度.结果表明:2001-2015年,山东省城市用地规模扩张与城市化发展间耦合协调程度并不高,且呈现先升后降的趋势,各区间存在明显差异.为促进山东省城市可持续发展,应保障城市用地高效、集约利用,仅以扩大规模的城市增长方式并不可取.

Since the 21st century,with the acceleration of urbanization process,urban land has also been greatly expanded, resulting in the problem of extensive and disorderly use of urban land. In order to further study the coordination between urban land expansion and urbanization, taking 17 prefecture-level cities in Shandong province as research objects,the comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed to calcu- late comprehensive index of urbanization development from 2001 to 2015. Then the rate of urban land expansion and the rate of urbanization are calculated respectively to analyze the coupling coordination degree between them, using coupling coordination model. The results show that the degree of coupling between urban land expansion and urbanization development is not high from 2001 to 2015 in Shandong province,and the trend is first increase then decrease. There are obvious differences among 17 cities. In order to promote the sustainable development of cities in Shandong province,it is necessary to ensure effi- cient and intensive use of urban land,and it is not advisable to merely expand the scale of urban growth.
