摘要
采用丙烯酸与异构醇一步法合成具有分支结构的丙烯酸高级异构醇酯,考察了反应温度、催化剂用量、阻聚剂的用量和酸醇物质的量比对酯化率的影响。结果表明:适宜的酯化条件为反应温度115℃,催化剂用量1.1%,阻聚剂用量0.7%,酸醇物质的量比1.2∶1,该条件下酯化率可达到99.44%以上。合成产物采用红外光谱(IR)、核磁(1H-NMR)及质谱(MS)进行分析,发现合成产物具有分支结构,其结构特征及相对分子质量也与目标产物丙烯酸异构醇酯相吻合。
The isomeric acrylate with branches was prepared by one step method from acrylic acid and isomeric alcohol. The effects of reaction temperature, catalyst and inhibitor dosage and molar ratio of the material on the esterification rate were investigated. The results showed that the most suitable reaction temperature was 115℃, the catalyst and inhibitor dosage was 1.1% and 0.7% respectively, and the molar ratio of acid to alcohol was1.2∶1; and as a result the esterification rate reached up to 99.44%. Through the means of IR, 1 H-NMR and MS, it was found that the product had branches structure, and its structural characteristics and molecular weight were consistent with isomeric acrylate, which was the target product.
