摘要
随着高科技领域的发展,耐高温环氧胶黏剂的应用越来越广泛,同时也对其耐热性能提出了更高的要求。综述了耐高温环氧胶黏剂的应用和发展现状,对耐高温环氧胶黏剂的性能和改性研究进行了探讨,其中主要包括多官能团环氧单体的制备和合适固化剂的选择以及耐高温树脂的物理共混或化学共聚改性。并指出了上述方法的优缺点,在此基础上展望了耐高温环氧胶黏剂的发展趋势。
With the development of high-tech field, the application of high-temperature resistant epoxy adhesives has become more and more ex-tensive, also performance requirement of heat-resistance has become higher. The application and development status of high temperature resistant e-poxy adhesives are reviewed, and the properties and modification of high temperature resistant epoxy adhesives are discussed, including the synthesis of multifunctional epoxy monomers and the selection of suitable curing agents and physical blending or chemical copolymerization modification through the high temperature resistance resin. The advantages and disadvantages of the above methods are also pointed out, on this basis, the develop-ment trend of high temperature resistant epoxy adhesives is prospected.
