摘要
在沪蓉线合宁段防灾监控系统工程大型门式钢构横梁施工过程中,因属于繁忙客运专线,垂直天窗点少、夜间施工、门式横梁单体质量重且跨度长,通过合理组织、优化比对,充分利用有利地形特点,尽量减少对既有线路行车干扰,提高垂直天窗利用率,降低安全风险,节约成本,为类似大型横梁停电天窗内跨铁路架设作业具有借鉴意义。
In the Hefei to Yongning section of Shanghai to Chengdu railway, the construction of large scale gate steel beam for disaster monitoring system engineering, as the it belongs to the busy passenger railway line, it has the characteristics of less vertical skylight points,construction in night, heavy single gate steel beam and long span, through reasonable organization, optimization comparison, we fully use the favorable topographic feature, try to reduce the interruption on the operation of existing line, and improve the use ratio of vertical skylight,reduce the safety risk, save the cost, to provide reference for overcrossing the railway construction of large beam in the power off skylight.
