In recent years, China has invested a lot of resources in infrastructure construction, making the number of highway engineering projects showing a steady growth trend. The complexity of modern highway engineering is strong, involving a wide range of areas, which brings great challenges to highway construction management. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction site management of highway engineering and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies for reference.
