Research on the Key Points of Supervision Management in Building Engineering Construction Site

主要以建筑工程施工现场监理管理要点研究为重点进行阐述,结合当下建筑工程施工现状,分析建筑工程施工现场安全监理要点,包括施工现场安全监督与管理、脚手架工程、高空检查;阐述现阶段建筑工程施工监理管理工作的不足;从完善监理法律法规、加强对施工现场材料质量的监理、深入施工质量管理3个方面深入探讨有效提高建筑工程施工现场监理管理措施,旨意在为相关研究提供参考。

This paper mainly focuses on the research of the key points of supervision and management of building engineering construction sites, based on the current construction status of construction projects, first analyzes the key points of safety supervision at construction sites,including safety supervision and management at construction sites, scaffold engineering and high-altitude inspection. Secondly, it expounds the deficiency of construction supervision management at the present stage. Finally, the paper discusses effective measures to improve supervision on construction site from three aspects： improving supervision laws and regulations, strengthening supervision on construction site material quality, and deepening construction quality management. The purpose is to provide references for relevant research.
