摘要
目的建立超声提取-离子色谱法测定牙膏中水溶性离子的方法。方法通过不同温度、时间对牙膏中的水溶性离子进行超声提取测定。结果在40℃,超声提取50 min时,提取效率最好,加标回收率86.0%~97.7%,RSD2.75%~4.52%,满足方法学要求。结论超声提取-离子色谱法可以作为牙膏中水溶性离子日常检测方法。
Objective To establish a method to determine water-soluble ions in toothpaste. Methods UE-Ion Chromatography was applied in determination of water-soluble ions in toothpaste, under different either temperature or time conditions. Results The extraction efficiency was the best when samples were ultra-sonicated in 40 ℃ for 50 min. The relative standard devision( RSD) was between 2. 75% and 4. 52%. The recovery rate was between 86. 0% and 97. 7%. Conclusion The method can be used as a common method in determining water-soluble ions in toothpaste.
