复方丹参片对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的影响

Effect of Danshen Tablets on Hemorheology of Acute Blood Stasis Model in Rat

目的研究复方丹参片对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变的影响。方法采用皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素复加冰水浴造成大鼠急性血瘀模型,给予高、中、低剂量的复方丹参片,观察复方丹参片对急性血瘀模型大鼠红细胞变形和聚集、红细胞压积、全血和血浆黏度、凝血时间、纤维蛋白原含量、血小板数及血小板最大聚集率的影响。结果复方丹参片高、中剂量能明显降低血瘀模型大鼠红细胞聚集、红细胞压积、全血和血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原含量、血小板数和血小板最大聚集率,而对凝血时间和红细胞变形影响不大。结论复方丹参片对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学异常改变有改善作用,降低血液的高黏状态,对心脑血管疾病治疗具有一定的益处。

Objective Research the effects of Danshen Tablets on the indicators of hemorheology in vivo in acute blood stasis model rat. Method By subcutaneous injection of epinephrine hydrochloride and complex with ice water bath to causes acute blood stasis model, observed the effects of Danshen Tablets on hemorheology, high, medium and low dose compound Danshen Tablets were given,observed the effects of Compound Danshen Tablets on the red blood cell deformation, aggregation, red blood cell pressure, coagulation time, fibrinogen content, platelet count and platelet aggregation rate in acute blood stasis model rats. Result Danshen Tablets of high and middle dosage can significantly reduce blood stasis model rats red blood cell aggregation, blood pressure, blood and plasma viscosity, fibrinogen, platelet count and platelet maximum aggregation rate, and the effect of coagulation time and red blood cell deformation was not significant. Conclusion Danshen Tablets can improve the hemorheology of acute blood stasis model and against the thrombosis in the body,can reduce the high viscosity of blood, and have some benefits for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
