摘要
小鼠是白血病研究的理想模型动物,在研究白血病的发生、发展规律,优化治疗方案,对病情预后的判断等方面发挥着重要的参考作用,并且可以避免人体试验面临的巨大风险,是基础研究的有效工具之一。小鼠白血病模型经过众多研究人员的不断努力,建立方法不断创新和优化,生物学特性更接近于临床,较好地再现临床白血病的相关表现,为研究白血病奠定了基础。本文主要总结了白血病小鼠模型建立方法和近年来建立白血病小鼠模型的研究进展以及近年来白血病模型的鉴定方法。
Mice is an ideal model animal for leukemia research, which provides important reference function to the leukemogenesis, the development law, the optimization of treatment and the judging prognosis. And it can also make human avoid the huge risk of human trials, being one of the effective tools in basic research. After researchers' ongoing efforts and constant innovation and optimization of establishment method, the biological properties of mice model has been closer to clinic and reproduced the relevant performance of clinical leukemia, which has laid a foundation for leukemia research. This paper mainly summarizes the establishment method, research progress and identification method of leukemia mice model in recent years.
