美沙酮维持治疗人员膳食摄入现况研究

Investigation of dietary intake of methadone maintenance treatment

目的:了解昆山市美沙酮维持治疗人员膳食摄入情况,为开展针对性营养干预提供依据。方法:用3天24小时回顾法收集151名美沙酮维持治疗人员膳食摄入数据,评估其膳食营养素摄入情况。结果:美沙酮维持治疗人员食物种类搭配不合理,三餐不规律。任一营养素摄入均未达RNI或AI推荐值标准的50%,其中硫胺素的摄入状况最差;各营养素摄入量普遍低于EAR的要求。结论:美沙酮维持治疗人员膳食摄入不合理,在诊疗过程中应给予针对性地营养干预,降低美沙酮不良反应,提高疗效。

Objective： To investigate the dietary nutritional status of patients receiving methadone maintenance teratment in Kunshan and provide proposal for nutrition intervention.Methods： Dietary intake data of 151 methadone maintenance individuals were collected by 3 days 24-hour dietary recall method.Results： The three meals among methadone maintenance therapist are not balanced and irregular. None of the nutrient intakes meet 50% of the recommended standard of recommended nutrient intake（ RNI） or adequate intake（ AI）,especially for the intake of thiamine. The intakes of all nutrients were generally lower than estimated average requirement（ EAR）.Conclusion： The dietary status of methadone maintenance therapist was unreasonable. Nutritional intervention should be carried out purposefully in the course of diagnosis and treatment to reduce the adverse reaction of methadone and improve the effect of treatment.
