摘要
采用荷兰智能食用菌仿生态种植系统,开发了适合地方特点的褐菇工厂化生产工艺枝术。主要包含厂房建设、生产管理、病虫害防治、采收、产品标准化和培养料处理,确保了褐菇的产量和品质,降低了生产所需的劳动成本,具有良好的经济和社会效益。
The factory production technology of Agaricus brunnescens that was suitable for local characteristics was developed by using the intelligent ecological planting system of edible fungi in Holland. The technology mainly included factory building, production management, disease and pest control, harvesting, product standardization and culture material treatment, which ensured the yield and quality of Agaricus brunnescens, and reduced the labor costs required by production. The good economic and social benefits would be obtained.
