摘要
对应急通信的网络构建和技术手段进行了系统分析,研究基于北斗短报文的通信和数据传输方式,利用地面建立的网络接纳控制与路由算法,改进传输效率和减少网络收敛时间,摆脱网线和网络中心节点的束缚,实现在紧急时刻利用手持智能终端组建通信网,达到保障救援、紧急救助和必要通信的目的。
The network construction and technical means of emergency communication are ana- lyzed systematically. The communication and data transmission mode based on BDS short mes- sage is studied. By using network admission control and routing algorithm to improve the efficien- cy of transmission and to reduce the time of network convergence, the constraints of network ca- ble and network center node can be loosened so as to attain the goal of using handheld intelligent terminal to set up communication network in an emergency, achieving the purpose of rescue safe- guard, emergency relief and necessary communication.
