摘要
应我国可持续发展战略的要求,圆钢管再生混凝土得到了广泛的应用。但如何提高其力学性能是当前研究的热点和焦点。采用正交设计选定试验方案,进行了9个钢管再生混凝土组合柱试件的静力轴心加载试验,研究长细比、含钢率以及取代率3个因素对圆钢管混凝土柱的应变及挠度的影响规律,得出相应的优化组合,并给出钢管再生混凝土柱的轴压承载力具体的计算公式。研究结果表明:长细比、含钢率以及取代率对圆钢管再生混凝土柱力学性能有较大影响,其中长细比影响最大、含钢率次之,取代率对力学性能的影响最小。研究结果对圆柱管再生混凝土柱的优化设计提供一定的依据。
Recycled concrete filled circular steel tube(RCFCST)is widely applied to meet the requirement of sustainable development strategy in China.But how to improve the mechanical properties is the focus of the current research.The orthogonal design test scheme is adopted in this paper,9 RCFCST composite columns are tested under static loading.The influence of several factors are evaluated,including slenderness ratio,steel ratio and replacement ratio on the strain and deflection of concrete filled steel tubular columns.The optimal combination are obtained,and the formula for calculating axial compressive bearing capacity of RCFCST columns are developed.The results show the slenderness ratio,steel ratio and replacement ratio of RCFCST columns have great influence,with the affecting degree in descending order.The research results can provide a reference for the optimal design of recycled concrete filled cylindrical tubular columns.
