双法兰液位计在化工装置中的应用及优化分析 被引量:8

摘要 双法兰差压液位计是化工装置中较为普遍使用的液位变送器之一,但在实际应用中却因测量有误差等问题影响了生产的正常安全运行。通过对双法兰液位计原理进行分析,从双法兰液位计的现场安装及装置试运行后发现的问题入手,对可能影响双法兰液位计测量精度的因素分别讨论分析,提出了多种解决方案。并根据问题解决效率及可行性等方面的考虑,最终选定较为合理的解决方案。进一步提出双法兰液位计在设计选型过程中可能对实际安装或生产带来的影响。 The DP transmitter is one of the level transmitters widely used in chemical plants. However, there are several problems, such as error in measurement, which will affect the operating of production. In this paper, based on the principle of DP transmitter and beginning with the problems found after the installation and application of DP transmitter, the factors that may affect the accuracy were discussed, and then several solutions were proposed. Finally, according to the analysis for efficiency and feasibility, the most appropriate solution was selected. Furthermore, the effects on the actual installation and application caused by the design and selection of DP transmitter were indicated.
