《国标》背景下英语专业人才培养方案的制订——原则与路径 被引量:43

Design of English Programs for Undergraduate Students from the New National Standards’ Perspective:Principles and Paths

摘要 "一带一路"倡议和人类命运共同体构建等对外语人才提出了新要求,"双一流"建设方案和新出台的《高等学校外语类专业本科教学质量国家标准》(《国标》)为英语专业人才的培养指出了新目标和新方向。本文从分析新形势和新要求入手,探讨《国标》背景下英语专业人才培养方案的制订原则和路径选择,认为具体培养方案的制订应遵循目标导向、《国标》基准、内容依托、校本特色、自成一体等原则,可以通过培养类型的定位、培养目标的配适、培养规格的细化和课程体系的升级等路径实现,以体现《国标》分类培养、分层卓越的指导思想,使各院校在人才培养方案制订方面做到各尽其能、各显特色。 The "One Belt One Road" Initiative and the building of a community of shared future for mankind bring about new requirements for foreign language education. In the meantime, the "Double First-Class" initiative and the newly released National Standards for Undergraduate Programs pinpoint new objectives and directions for English education. Taking the above current situations into consideration, this paper attempts to investigate the principles and paths for the design of English program for Chinese undergraduate students. It first analyzes today's new situations and new requirements for English education, followed by the discussion of principles and paths through which new English programs can be designed. It points out that the design of new English programs is to follow the goaloriented, standard-directed, contentbased, program-featured, and selfcontained principles, and take the paths of categorizing cultivation models, adjusting cultivation goals, specifying cultivation requirements, and upgrading course modules. This paper concludes that the design of new English programs should be guided by the new national standards and encourage the diversity and versatility of specific programs.
