From Eco-critical Discourse Analysis to Harmonious Discourse Analysis

在最近的30年里,越来越多的学者在生态语言学框架中研究语言与生态的问题。本文的目的是勾画一个中国语境中基于韩礼德理论的话语生态分析模式——和谐话语分析。本文首先对话语分析、批评话语分析、积极话语分析和生态批评话语分析进行描述,然后讨论和谐话语分析的哲学根源、研究目标与原则、理论指导、研究方法与研究对象。

The past 30 years or so have witnessed an increasing interest in studying the relationship between language and ecology within the general framework of ecolinguistics. The aim of this paper is to outline a Hallidayan approach to the study of ecological analysis of discourse within the Chinese context, which is Harmonious Discourse Analysis. After the review of discourse analysis, critical discourse analysis, positive discourse analysis and eco-critical discourse analysis, the main components of the proposed approach--the ecological philosophy, the research aims, the general principles, the research methodology, and the object of studies as well as the linguistic model underlying the approach--are outlined and discussed.
