重建与顿挫——一个《申报》特派记者对光复初期台湾的观察

The Early Days of Taiwan Recovery——Based on the Observation of an Accredited Journalist of Shanghai Post (《申报》)

前言 1945年10月25日,被日本统治长达半个世纪之久的台湾光复;可仅仅过了一年半,就爆发了影响深远的“二二八事件”;又两年余,国民党政权败退至此,海峡两岸再次隔绝数十年。因此,台湾光复初期虽然只有短暂的四年，却是台湾历史上的关键节点，具有重要的意义，颇受学界关注。

The early days of Taiwan Recovery was a rare period for communication of both sides of Taiwan Straits over hundred of years, which has an important meaning. An accredited journalist of Shanghai Post （《申报》） named Jiang Mu-yun who was located in Taiwan reported that Taiwan＇s economy and education was restructuring and developing after colonial government of Japan and destruction from the war by Taiwan compatriots＇ efforts. But Taiwan Residents elite＇s appeals about political participation was failed, the private enterprises＇ living space was compressed because of state-run system. Prices are rising high, unemployment is becoming more and more severe, public discontent was rising. After the February 28th Incident broke out, the National Government was determined to end the disorders and return it to normal, and achieved certain results. Report of Jiang Mu-yun＇s gave a brief account and full image of the early days of Taiwan Recovery, showed the interaction between culture identity and political identity of Taiwan compatriots, and helped the compatriots from both sides understand each other. But it had certain limitation because finally it became one important part for the of subjective understanding and objective factors, of Mainland figures to Taiwan island and the communication of the two sides of Taiwan Straits.
