农业企业知识扩散路径对知识进化的传导机制——基于知识共享的中介作用和知识基调节作用

Transmission Mechanism of Knowledge Diffusion Path to Knowledge Evolution in Agricultural Enterprises:Based on Intermediary Role of Knowledge Sharing and Regulating Role of Knowledge

以农业企业为例,设计出以知识扩散路径为自变量、知识进化为因变量的研究框架模型;将知识共享和知识基纳入该研究框架,发掘知识扩散路径对农业企业知识进化的传导机制。实证结果表明:知识扩散路径和知识进化之间有显著正向影响关系;知识共享在知识扩散路径与知识进化之间发挥着中介作用;知识基在知识扩散路径同知识进化之间发挥着调节作用,即强知识基农业企业较弱知识基农业企业更容易进行知识共享,最终推动知识进化的进程。

Taking agribusiness as an example, this paper designs a research framework model which takes knowledge diffusion path as independent variable and knowledge evolution as dependent variable; knowledge sharing and knowledge base are incorporated into the research framework, to explore transmission mechanism of knowledge diffusion path to the evolution of knowledge in agricukural enterprises. The empirical results show that there is a significant positive relationship between knowledge diffusion path and knowledge evolution, and knowledge sharing plays an intermediary role between knowledge diffusion path and knowledge evolution. Knowledge base plays a regulating role between knowledge diffusion path and knowledge evolution. The empirical results show that, there is a significant positive relationship between knowledge diffusion path and knowledge evolution, and knowledge sharing plays an intermediary role between knowledge diffusion path and knowledge evolution, at the same time, knowledge base plays a regulating role between knowledge diffusion path and knowledge evolution, that means strong knowledge based agribusiness are more easier to share knowledge than weak knowledge based agribusiness. Finally, knowledge base can promote the process of knowledge evolution.
