巨大右冠状动脉瘤1例

One case of giant right coronary aneurysm

巨大冠状动脉瘤（直径大于20mm）是一种罕见的疾病,患病率为0.02%,是冠状动脉瘤样扩张较为罕见的一种类型。目前指南认为手术切除可能是有潜在生命危险如破裂、血栓和远端冠状动脉栓塞等患者的最佳选择。巨大冠状动脉瘤发病隐匿,症状不典型,一旦造成心肌梗死等严重并发症,病死率高,因此早期诊断尤其重要。

A 34-year-old female patient was admitted due to chest pain,and diagnosed as giant coronary aneurysm by CT,MRI and coronary angiography.Surgical resection was performed and the patient recovers well.Through this typical case,the epidemiology,etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,latest diagnosis and treatment progress of the disease in recent years were reviewed.
