摘要
为研究茶多酚(TP)对大豆胰蛋白酶抑制因子(STI)致小鼠胰腺氧化损伤的缓解作用。试验设对照组(control组)、模型组(STI组,于日粮中添加3. 6 mg·g^(-1)的STI)、茶多酚组(TP组,于日粮中添加100. 0 mg·kg^(-1)的茶多酚和3. 6 mg·g^(-1)的STI)。第21天处死小鼠,研究处理组间胰腺和血清中丙二醛(MDA)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、几种消化酶和激素含量的变化,并通过透射电镜观察胰腺超微结构变化。结果表明:与对照组相比,模型组小鼠胰腺和血清中的丙二醛、生长抑素(SS)、淀粉酶(AMS)、脂肪酶(LPS)含量均显著升高(P <0. 05),T-AOC、胰岛素(INS)和胰蛋白酶(TPS)含量显著降低(P <0. 05),线粒体损伤严重;而添加茶多酚的TP组较STI组,MDA、SS、AMS、LPS含量均显著降低(P <0. 05),T-AOC、INS和TPS含量显著升高(P <0. 05),线粒体有轻微损伤。表明茶多酚有效抑制了STI诱导的氧化应激,缓解了STI造成的胰腺氧化损伤。
In order to assess the effect of tea polyphenols on oxidative damage of pancreas in mice induced by soybean trypsin inhibitor factor( STI), 36 male mice were randomly divided into three groups: Control group, model group( STI group, feeding the daily ration of 3.6 mg·kg^(-1) STI) and tea polyphenols group (TP group, feeding the daily ration of 100. 0 mg·kg^(-1) tea polyphenols and 3.6 mg·kg^(-1) STI). Mice were executed on 21 d and their malonaldehyde (MDA), total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC), several digestive enzyme and hormone contents of pancreas and serum were determined, ultrastruetural changes of pancreas were observed by TEM. As shown in results, compared with control group, the MDA, somatostatin( SS), amylase (AMS) and lipase(LPS) contents in the pancreas and serum in ST! group were significantly increased (P 〈 0. 05) , T-AOC, trypsin(TPS) and insulin(INS) were significantly decreased (P 〈 0.05 ), mitochondria were severely damaged. In the TP group with the addition of tea polyphenol, the MDA, SS, AMS and LPS contents in the pancreas and serum were significantly decreased (P 〈0. 05) , T-AOC, TPS and INS were significantly increased (P 〈0.05), mitochondria were shghtly damaged. This study showed that tea polyphenols effectively inhibited the oxidative stress induce by STI, weakened the oxidative damage of pancreas.
