煤岩动力灾害声电协同监测技术及预警应用 被引量:36

Acoustic emission and electromagnetic radiation synchronized monitoring technology and early-warning application for coal and rock dynamic disaster

摘要 为了提高煤岩动力灾害预测的准确性和可靠性,提出了声电协同监测技术,将电磁辐射和声发射进行融合,优势互补,开展了受载煤岩声电监测同步性测试及分析,开发了相应的监测系统及软件,并在采掘现场进行了监测及预警应用实践.结果表明:实验室和采掘现场不同尺度的煤岩声电信号同步性及相关性很好;采掘现场有煤岩动力灾害危险前,声发射和电磁辐射信号开始出现异常变化,且两者对危险响应的同步性很好,特别在临灾阶段,声、电信号在异常幅度和时域上的一致性变得更加明显;声电协同监测技术及系统,能够实现对冲击地压等动力灾害危险的实时监测及提前自动预警,与单方法相比,可靠性更高. In order to improve the accuracy and reliability of forecasting rock burst,coal and gas outburst and other coal or rock dynamic disasters,the acoustic-electric monitoring technique that integrating electromagnetic radiation(EMR)with acoustic emission(AE)technique was presented.Synchronous characteristics of EMR and AE signals induced by fracture of coal or rock were tested both in laboratory and mining field.The monitoring system and data processing analysis software for acoustic-electric monitoring technique were used in practice in the mining field of Changgouyu coal mine.The results show a good synchronization and correlation between EMR and AE signals at different scales of laboratory and mining,some abnormal changes of EMR and AE signals were observed before rock burst,especially near the occurrence of rock burst when EMR and AE signals presented an abnormal increase in amplitude.The acoustic-electric monitoring technique and system can achieve a real-time monitoring forcoal or rock dynamic disasters and realize an automatic early-warning before the occurrence of disaster.Compared with the single method used previously,the acoustic-electric monitoring technology presented here is more reliable.
