Establishment of publishing mode of open review in multi-disciplinary journal group

【目的】构建多学科期刊群在线开放评议出版模式,为国内学术期刊界提供借鉴。【方法】分析现行科学评审出版系统存在延迟出版、不透明、客观性受到怀疑等方面的弊端,提出扩展多学科预印本仓储的功能,构建多学科期刊群在线开放评议出版模式。【结果】构建多学科期刊群在线开放评议、快速多维度评论及评分、读者对评审人员的评审进行评议及打分的科学评审出版模式。【结论】新的模式具有免费、开放、透明、合作、交互、高效、共享等特点,可实现开放数据、开放评议、开放获取相结合。

[ Purposes] This study aims to build an online open review and publishing model for multi-disciplinary journal groups, and provides reference and guidance for domestic academic journals. [ Methods ] We analyzed the shortcomings of the current scientific review and publication system in terms of delayed publication, opacity, and objectivity, and proposed to expand the function of multi-disciplinary preprinted warehousing and build an online open evaluation publishing mode for multi-disciplinary journal groups. [ Findings] The scientific review and publication mode of online open review for multi-disciplinary journal group, rapid multi-dimensional review and scoring, and reader review and scoring on reviewers is constructed.[Conclusions] The new model is free, open, transparent, cooperative, interactive, efficient, and shared. It has realized the combination of open data, open review, and open access.
