学术论文网络优先传播主要途径辨析及整合建议

Discrimination and integration suggestions for main ways of priority transmission of academic papers

【目的】对目前被学术界认可并具有一定权威性的两种网络优先传播方式,即预印本及网络首发进行辨析,为学术成果的网络优先传播提供整合建议。【方法】采用文献分析法,收集国内外数十个数字传播平台的资料,总结预印本平台及网络首发平台的异同。【结果】预印本平台及网络首发平台在审阅模式、出版权威性上存在一定的差异,但都对促进科研人员学术成果快速、广泛地传播起到积极的推动作用。同时,预印本平台与传统期刊在收录及版权归属上存在一定冲突,同一学术研究成果的多种版本在网络上共存对于论文的准确标识提出挑战。【结论】预印本及网络首发在遵循一定的审核原则下,最大限度地压缩了出版时滞,对于科研成果的交流有着积极的推动作用,但两者之间存在的冲突及衔接不畅增加了数据处理和传播的成本,应采取措施避免或改进。

[ Purposes] This paper aims to distinguish two kinds of network priority transmission methods that are currently recognized by the academic community and have certain authority, namely preprint and network first publishing, in order to give new suggestions for network communication integration of academic results. [ Methods ~ The literature analysis method was mainly used to collect the data of dozens of digital communication platforms at home and abroad and to summarize the similarities and differences between preprinted platform and network first publishing platform. [ Findings ] There are some differences in the review mode and publishing authority between the preprinted platform and the network first publishing platform, but they all play an active role in promoting the rapid and wide transmission of academic papers. At the same time, the preprinted platform and traditional journals have certain conflicts in the inclusion and copyright ownership. [Conelusions] Under the principle of certain auditing, the preprint and network first publishing have minimized the publication time lag and have an active promotion on the communication of scientific research results. However, the conflicts and poor connection between the two increasing cost of data processing and dissemination should be avoided.
