面向“双一流”的高校图书馆分馆管理策略——新加坡南洋理工大学和厦门大学的实践

Management Strategy for Branch Libraries Oriented“Double First-Class”Universities——Practice of Nanyang Technology University in Singapore and Xiamen University

总分馆制已成为高校图书馆的"新常态",在高校"双一流"建设的大背景下,考察新加坡南洋理工大学的多个分馆,结合厦门大学图书馆的分馆管理实践,总结出一套行之有效的管理方法。主要的原则有六条:一是定位明确、设施完善;二是注重体验、适时营销;三是精细管理、追求极致;四是提升馆员、嵌入学科;五是拓展空间、创新服务;六是促进交流、国际合作。

Central-branch library system is the ＂new normal＂ in the libraries of colleges and universities. Under the background of ＂ Double First- Class＂ construction in colleges and universities, a set of effective management methods have been summed up after investigating the branch libraries of Nanyang Technology University in Singapore and combining with the management practice in the branch libraries of Xiamen University. The main principles include clear orientation and sophisticated infrastructure, focusing on experience and properly marketing, precise management and seeking to perfection, improving the overall quality of librarians and providing embedded subject service, expanding space and innovation service, and promoting international exchange and cooperation.
